      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>To study LDB1 function in liver cell, gene expression changes and LDB1 binding and H3K27ac modification were detected by RNA-seq and ChIP-seq. Overall design: To study how LDB1 affect gene expression in liver cells, RNA-seq were performed in control and LDB1 knockout human HepG2 cell and primary mouse liver cell. LDB1 ChIP-seq was performed in HepG2 cell to obtain genome-wide LDB1 binding. H3K27ac ChIP-seq was performed in control and LDB1 knockout HepG2 cell to study how LDB1 knockout affect enhancer mark.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
