      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>In order to evaluate the identification of genes and pathways, the global gene expression profiles were assessed in response to rGO on cardiofibroblasts (CFs) cells. We performed mRNA sequencing experiments using CFs cells exposed to rGO for 24h. Overall design: 24h rGO exposed CFs cells were used for total RNA extraction and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq instrument.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
