      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>S-D-Bact-0341-b-S-17 and S-D-Bact-0785-a-A-21 primers with 5' Illumina adapter overhangs (underlined) (5'-TCGTCGGCAGCGTCAGATGTGTATAAGAGACAGCCTACGGGNGGCWGCAG-3 and 5'-GTCTCGTGGGCTCGGAGATGTGTATAAGAGACAGGACTACHVGGGTATCTAATCC-3, respectively) were used for obtaining amplicons corresponding to hypervariable V3-V4 region using the 16S metagenomic sequencing library preparation kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA). Indexed adapters were incorporated into the amplicons through Nextera XT Index Kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) as per the manufacturers instructions. The amplicons sizing accuracy was screened through the 4200 TapeStation System (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, USA).</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
