      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>A nine-day size-resolved aerosol sampling campaign, capturing dust intrusions from two different sources as well as clear days, was conducted at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. Bacterial and Fungal DNA was extracted and amplicon-sequenced. The data were analyzed to determine the effect of the different parameters (e.g. aerosol source and size-class) on the microbial community composition.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
