This study colleccted soil samples from cheatgrass invasion sites, nearby native bunchgrass sites, and Sagebrush sites and investigate dthe effect of cheatgrass invasion on soil microbial communities in April 2020 when cheagrass is actively growing.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
