      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>These data were generated in an attempt to use anchored hybrid enrichment to resolve the phylogeny of the burrowing crayfish genus Lacunicambarus. Previous attempts to resolve the phylogeny of this genus using mitochondrial DNA were only partly successful, causing us to look for a more powerful method. These data allowed us to resolve both deep and shallow nodes in the genus, giving us new insight into the evolutionary history and taxonomic relationships within this genus.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
