      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Transcriptome Analysis"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>We measured the effect of codons on mRNA stability in zebrafish embryos using reporter mRNAs. We showed that slow decoding of codons by the ribosome promoted mRNA degradation in zebrafish. Overall design: zebrafish embryonic mRNA profile at 2 different stages (2 hpf and 6 hpf) in control and AnsB-expressing embryos. Experiments are performed as duplicates for AnsB.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
