In this study, two intraperitoneal injections of 80 mg/kg cyclophosphamide induced ovarian damage in rats. After oral administration of 4.5 g/kg E-jiao for 4 weeks, the therapeutic effect of E-jiao on rat ovary was investigated. The possible mechanism was systematically revealed by RNA sequencing.
