      <STUDY_TITLE>ALTERATIONS IN THE SKIN MICROBIOTA ARE ASSOCIATED WITH SYMPTOM SEVERITY IN MYCOSIS FUNGOIDES</STUDY_TITLE>
      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>We identified skin microbiota signatures related to different symptoms, i.e. pain, pruritus, in patients with Mycosis Fungoides. Overall design: The study is a prospective exploratory study with intrapersonal comparison. Among 39 patients with mycosis fungoides, we compared the changes between the skin microbiota from the healthy contralateral skin to that from the affected skin by MF. Using the change in relative abudance from the control skin to the affected skin, we correlates the changes with the severity of various symptoms</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
