      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>RNA seqeuncing was perfomed to compare transcriptomic profiles of rTg4510 and control at three, six and nine month time points. Overall design: Total RNA was isolated from hippocampi of rTg4510 and control mice at three, six and nine months. rRNA-depeleted total RNA was then sequenced using an Illumina HiSeq 4000 with 76 bp paired-end stranded reads at ~30 million reads per sample. The founder rTg4510 and non-transgenic control mice (mixed 129S6, FVB genetic background) were obtained from the Jackson Laboratory (IMSR_JAX:024854).</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
