      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Bulk RNA sequencing data of AB1-HA murine mesothelioma tumors from mice treated with tretinoin, immune checkpoint therapy or the combination of tretinoin+immune checkpoint therapy. Overall design: Mice bearing AB1-HA were treated with PBS (n=10), tretinoin (n=9), immune checkpoint therapy (anti-CTLA-4+ anti-PD-L1, n=10) or combination tretinoin+immune checkpoint therapy (n=10). 5 mg/kg tretinoin was dosed i.p for 5 doses beginning on day 4. Immune checkpoint therapy commenced on day 7. One tumor was surgically resected on day 9 and stored for RNAseq. For the combination treatment, the remaining tumour was monitored for treatment outcome; responders (R, blue n=6) or non-responders (NR, red, n=4).</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
