      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>In order to investigate the transcriptome changes underlying aberrant shear stress-induced cartilage pathogenesis, we subjected chondrocytes to Flexcell applinace and the constructed RNA libraries were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq X Ten platform. Overall design: Three biological replicates of primary chondrocytes subjected to high shear stress stimulation as well as not stimulated (control) were analyzed  (6 in total).</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
