<STUDY_ABSTRACT>The expression of SEMA3E isoforms changes in mouse circulation with type 1 diabetes. The alterations in the transcriptional profiles of human aortic endothelial cells (HAECs) in response to PCS1 (Processing consensus sequences)-cleaved SEMA3E and PCS1-uncleaved SEMA3E were examined. Overall design: HAECs were assigned to three groups and treated with conditioned media containing PCS1-cleaved SEMA3E (S), PCS1-uncleaved SEMA3E (L) and RFP (C) respectively for six hours. The gene expression profiling in the treated HAECs were analyzed by RNA-seq.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
