      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>The goal of this study was to unravel the response of Arabidopsis thaliana to treatment with the pan-HER kinase inhibitor Neratinib on the transcript level. Accordingly, we performed RNA-Seq of Col-0 seedlings and eh3-2 seedlings (SALK_149885C) after application of Neratinib or DMSO (control) for 1 h or 6 h. eh3-2 plants are deficient in the epoxide hydrolase AT4G02340 that we identified as the primary target of Neratinib.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
