<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Transcriptomic analyses were conducted to discover potential mechanisms of TGF-ß1-induced changes in MSCs and the effect of MDSC supernatant treatment. Overall design: Four groups were included to perform RNA-seq analysis: MSCs without treatment (control), MSCs treated with 5 ng/mL TGF-ß1 (TGF-ß1), MSCs treated with 5 ng/mL TGF-ß1 plus M-MDSC supernatant (TGF-ß1 with M-MDSC sup) and MSCs treated with 5 ng/mL TGF-ß1 plus G-MDSC supernatant (TGF-ß1 with G-MDSC sup).</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
