      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>This project was conducted to determine the full coding sequence, the exon usage, and the relative transcript frequency of the voltage gated sodium channel (AAEL023266) in Aedes aegypti strains that were isolated from a moderately pyrethroid resistant strain collected in St. Augustine, FL in 2016. This field collection is the source of the strains used in a study to characterize the laboratory and operational effects of the extant 410, 1016 and 1534 kdr mutation combinations.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
