<STUDY_ABSTRACT>This project contains 12 transcriptomes derived from RNA isolated from female reproductive tissues. The reproductive tissues included in the samples are uterus, spermatheca, ovaries, and oviduct. Samples were collected from 4 times points with three replicates per time point. The time points include virgin females at 5 days post eclosion, mated females (5 days post eclosion) 2-4 hours post-mating, 24 hours post-mating, and 72 hours post-mating. Each replicate was generated from the pooled reproductive tissues from 5 individuals.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
