      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>There are significant differences in the functions of different intestinal segments. This regionalization feature is not only derived from the transcriptional differences of the intestine itself but is also affected by external factors such as microorganisms. In order to study the microbial composition of different intestinal segments of guinea pigs, fecal microorganisms from the duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum, colon, and rectum of normal guinea pigs were collected for 16S rRNA-seq. This data can help understand intestinal microorganisms' changes in the whole intestine.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
