      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>These are the raw data associated with the manuscript "Combining Species Delimitation, Species Trees, and Tests for Gene Flow Clarifies Complex Speciation in Scrub-Jays" Authors: Devon A. DeRaad, John E. McCormack, Nancy Chen, A. Townsend Peterson, and Robert G. Moyle. We generated Restriction-enzyme Associated DNA sequence (RADseq) data for 115 samples from throughout the entire geographic distribution of the scrub-jays. Only 95 of these samples received enough sequencing to be included in final analyses (see the manuscript) but the raw reads for all samples are included here.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
