We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for RPMI8226 multiple myeloma cells treated with 100 nM GST (control) or GST-PTR1 (experimental group) for 6 h.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
