We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of hspASC culture on COLI/DSCM hydrogel. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for hspASC under COLI/DSCM condition.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
