<STUDY_ABSTRACT>Armigeres subalbatus is a significant mosquito pest and vector. They are important vectors of the zoonotic nematode pathogens, Brugia pahangi and Wuchereria bancrofti, that cause human filariasis, the viruses that cause Japanese encephalitis and may be a vector of Zika. This project aims to the genome assembly and sex determination study for this neglected mosquito vector.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
