      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>RNA seq analysis was performed to assess the transcriptional profiles of BxPC3 cells with different status of ANO1 and KRAS. Overall design: We perfomed bulk RNA seq analysis of 12 samples including 3 replicates for each of the following 4 groups of cells (1) wild type BxPC3 cells, (2) BxPC3 cells with ANO1 overexpression, (3) BxPC3 cells with oncogenic KRAS, (4) BxPC3 cells with both oncogenic KRAS and overexpression of ANO1.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
