      <STUDY_TITLE>TRDV2 repertoire features in association with gamma9 delta2 T cell phenotype in healthy adults</STUDY_TITLE>
      <STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>The study demonstrates a CDR3delta bias in the processes of in vivo gamma9 delta2 T cell expansion and phenotypic maturation, which involves gradual selection for the optimum CDR3delta length and amino acid composition, known to underpin in vitro phosphoantigen reactivity, TCR binding and signalling strength. The reproducible repertoire-phenotype associations described here extend the current understanding of the gamma9 delta2 TCR repertoire dynamics, and might impact selection of T cells and their receptors for therapeutic use in the future.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
