      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Analysis of steady-state mRNA levels in induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) differentiated for 5 days with retinoic acid (RA) and treated for final 48 hrs with GSK343 (EZH2 inhibitor), 5-azacytidine (5-aza, DNA methyltransferase inhibitor), or their combination (Combo). Overall design: Two independent biological replicates each of RA-differentiated iPSCs treated with 4µM GSK343, 5µM 5-azacytidine (5-aza), or Combo (4µMGSK343 &amp; 5µM 5-aza).</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
