<STUDY_ABSTRACT>T cells are considered to be an important cell type for pathogenesis of multiple screlosis. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze popluation of inflitrating CD45+ cells in spinal cords of WT and STAP-1 KO mice to figure out whehter STAP-1 is required for infiltration of T cells in the spinal cords after EAE induction. Overall design: The cells in spinal cords were collected, CD45+ clell were stained with antbodies conjugated with hashtag and analyzed using scRNAseq.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
