      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>We studied changes in gene expression in Endothelial Cells isolated from murine brains of increasing ages of 2, 6, 12, 18, and 24 months. We then performed linear regression analysis to compare the changes in gene expression in the endothelial cells with age. Overall design: We performed RNA-seq on 6 biological replicates (3 males and 3 females) of 2,6,12,18 and 24 months. We then compared the changes in gene expression with age using linear regression after correcting for differences in sex.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
