Samples were embedded in OCT and sectioned at 16µm onto a 10x Visium expression slide (Serial numbers V11N01-301-A1 and V11N01-301-B1) and visualized with H&amp;E. RNA within the tissue was hybridized to barcoded probes according to manufacturer's protocol.
