      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>Gene expression profile at single cell level of bone marrow (BM) T cells and hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) of acute myeloid leukemia patients post allogeneic stem cell transplantation (alloSCT) of patients in complete remission (CR) and relapse (REL). Overall design: HSPCs and T cells were isolated using Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presence of CD34 and CD3 respectively, and were then analyzed using scRNAseq. Cells from all samples per group were pooled in one 10x reaction.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
