<STUDY_ABSTRACT>To study the effect of dietary restriction on killifish, we generated transcriptomes (RNA-seq) for the livers and brains of male and female killifish that had been subjected to different dietary treatements. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the livers and brains of male and female killish that had been subjected the dietary treatment (ad libitum vs. dietary restriction) for 5 weeks.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
