    <DESIGN>
      <DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>The DNA library was prepared using Illumina TruseqNano DNA Prep Kit according to the manufacturers protocol. Initially, the extracted DNA was fragmented into indexed shotgun paired-end libraries (~550 bp inserts) using Covaris M220 (Woburn, MA, USA). Subsequently, the fragments of DNA were end-repaired, 3 end adenylated and adapter ligated before they were subjected to size selection and amplification. Quality control was further carried out with the resulting DNA library using Agilent Technologies 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies) which analyzes the size distribution of the DNA and detects contamination. Finally, pair-end sequencing was performed with the Illumina Novaseq system, which produced about 12GB output data for each samples. DNA sequencing of the prepared library was conducted on the NovaSeq 6000 Sequencing System (Illumina) with 150-bp paired-end reads.</DESIGN_DESCRIPTION>
