Leaf samples were collected from glutinous rice 89-1 and indica rice R07 before treatment (0 h), 12 h, and 24 h after cold treatment. Raw data of RNA-seq were obtained from Illumina sequencing platform by Biomarker Technologies (Qingdao, China)</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
