<STUDY_ABSTRACT>mRNA seq analysis comparing the expression profiles of sphere-forming and adherent A427 cells carrying a homozygous CTNNB1 T41A mutation revealed that several stem cell-associated genes and pathways were upregulated in the spheroid cultures. Overall design: The A427 NSCLC cell line, which grows as both spheroid and adherent cultures, was used in the current study. Gene expression was examined in sphere-forming and adherent A427 cells. Sphere-forming and adherent cells were separately collected and total RNA was extracted from the cells.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
