      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>To investigate the effect of IFNa2 treatment in CD14+ monocytes, monocytes isolated from healthy donors were treated with or without IFNa2, and SLE monocytes were also harvested for the comparison of the differential expression genes. Overall design: We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of three groups including healthy monocyte, IFNA2-treated monocytes (for 6 hours) and SLE monocytes. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for human CD14+ monocyte and the IFN-a2 treated monocyte and CD14+ monocyte from SLE patients.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
