    <DESCRIPTION>Spatiotemporal tracing of oncogenic genomic and transcriptomic changes in RRSO Fallopian tubes prior to omental high grade serous carcinoma BRCA1 positive patient underwent TAH-SO (Total abdominal hysterectomy and Risk reducing salpingo oophorectomy-removal of uterus, ovaries and Fallopian tubes) in 2014. Fallopian tube tissue had been collected from this set. The patient was diagnosed with serous ovarian carcinoma in the Omentum in 2017. Three samples have been collected from this patient. 1. Left Fallopian tube epithelium (2014) (T1.10R (RNA) and T1.10D (DNA)-likewise for all samples) 2. Right Fallopian tube epithelium (2014) (T1.13R and T1.13D) 3. Omental tumour (2017) (T1.1,2R and T1.1,2D) The goal of the project is to determine oncogenic genetic and transcriptomic changes in the RRSO Fallopian tube epithelium isolated prior to the serous ovarian carcinoma. This is sample 1.10 R from which RNA was isolated and subjected to RNAseq.</DESCRIPTION>
