<STUDY_TYPE existing_study_type="Other"/>
<STUDY_ABSTRACT>LSD1 is frequently overexpressed and correlates with poor prognosis in patients with ovarian cancer. RNA-seq, CUT&Tag-seq and ATAC-seq were performed to determine the impact of genetic depletion or pharmacological inhibition of LSD1 on gene expresion profiles in ovarian cancer cells. Overall design: LSD1 CUT&Tag-seq was performed in ES2 cells treated with 1 µM LSD1 inhibitor ZY0511 or DMSO for 24 hours. H3K9me2 and H3K4me2 CUT&Tag-seq were performed in ES2 cells treated with non-targeted control (shCtrl) or shRNA targeting LSD1 (shLSD1).</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
