<STUDY_ABSTRACT>[Objective] To elucidate the changes of gene expression profiles in roots and leaves of wheat after inoculation with compound microbial agents, and to reveal the mechanism of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) from the perspective of plant response to microorganisms. [Method] At the flowering stage of wheat, Ilumina high-throughput sequencing technology was used to study the transcriptome characteristics of the effects of inoculation of compound bacteria on the gene expression profiles of wheat roots and leaves. GO function and KEGG enrichment analysis were performed on the significantly differentially expressed genes.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
