SRP410135 PRJNA905916 Genomic incompatibilities of a crop pest mite We investigated the genetic differentiation and reproductive incompatibilities of crop-associated populations of different color morphs of the pest mite Tetranychus urticae. Genomic sequencing and laboratory experiments showed that different color morphs are genetically less compatible than morphs of the same color across different locations. We found evidence for multiple origins of acaricide-resistance mutations across populations.
