      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>The results of this study support that several circRNAs show aberrant expression patterns in AF-induced canine fibrosis. Among these circRNAs, cfa_circRNA_002203 has a close correlation with fibrosis and inflammatory activation and apoptosis of fibroblasts. The findings of this study strengthen the role of circRNAs in AF-induced fibrosis and provide a perspective on disease mechanism and therapeutic target for AF.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
