        <LIBRARY_CONSTRUCTION_PROTOCOL>Cells were lysed in sealed microchambers and then mRNA was captured by barcoded microbeads cDNA production occurs in the sealed micro chambers through action of reverse transcriptase.  cDNA amplification protocol was developed in-house using a commercially available polymerase.
