<LIBRARY_CONSTRUCTION_PROTOCOL>Fresh human foreskin samples from the donor were cut with 8mm punches. They were then fixed with 4% PFA and embedded with paraffin and stored in sealed bags at room temperature. 5mm sections were cut with the microtome. The cut sections were transferred onto capture area of the Visium FFPE slide in the waterbath following the manufacter's instructions. Library was performed according to the manufacter's instructions (Visium Spatial Gene Expression for FFPE v1 protocol, 10x Genomics).</LIBRARY_CONSTRUCTION_PROTOCOL>
