        <LIBRARY_CONSTRUCTION_PROTOCOL>Tumor was excised during surgery and immediately processed for paraffin embedding. The FFPE sample was cut at a 10 µm thickness and placed on the 10x Genomics Visium slide. The 10x Genomics Visium FFPE kit was used for spatial transcriptomic sequencing.
