      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>To investigate the gene expression difference in peri-infarct neurons of Padi4-deficient and control mice on day 4 after ischemic stroke onset, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of peri-infarct neurons from neuron-specific Padi4-deficient and control mice. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of scRNA-seq data in peri-infarct neurons from neuron-specific Padi4-deficient (Slc17a7-Cre; Slc32a1-Cre; Padi4 flox/flox) and control (Padi4 flox/flox) mice.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
