<STUDY_ABSTRACT>This study contains 16s amplicons representing microbial communities associated with 24 genotypes of Sorghum bicolor. Plants were grown in Nebraska, USA at two different locations to accommodate one of two environmental stress treatments: full vs. low nitrogen in Central City, NE and watered vs. drought in Scottsbluff, NE. A subset of genotypes were also sampled across plant development.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
