SRP437701 PRJNA967359 Rhizobia isolated from nodules of heritage Black Turtle Bean plants The goal of this study was to begin exploring the ecology of rhizobia nodulating Phaseolus vulgaris plants in Southern Ontario. In particular, we collected nodules from heritage Black Turtle Bean plants grown in a local community garden, and sequenced the genomes of the three rhizobia isolates that were obtained.
