SRP438018 PRJNA972439 Novel Cas12a Orthologs for Highly Efficient Genome Editing in Plants In this project, we screened 17 Cas12a orthologs and tested them in plants. Our results demonstrated efficient genome editing by Ev1Cas12a and Hs1Cas12a in both monocot and dicot plants highlighting their potential as highly promising genome editing tools in plant species and beyond.
