<STUDY_ABSTRACT>To understand key pathways and regulatory genes in the kidney of female Tet1 knockout mice treated with ischemia reperfusion Overall design: Female Tet1 knockout mice and their age-, sex- matched control mice were treated with unilateral renal ischemia/reperfusion (45 min / 3 days) . For each experimental group, two biological replicates of RNA samples were sent for RNA-seq. Each sample consists of a pool of RNAs extracted from kidney of 3 different mice.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
