This study is based on Parkinson's disease. We used an established and current technique from the literature to induce Parkinson's disease in rats (PMID: 19385059). We employed rotenone as an inducing drug combined with oil to form spheres and shield the medication from early degradation. Rotenone is a pesticide that reduces ATP generation by inhibiting Complex I. After completing the model, we isolate blood through the retro-orbital sinus after ten days of treatment. We separate the serum according to lab protocol before sending it to the firm for sequencing. They isolated small non-coding RNAs and constructed the library with a commercially available kit. Finally, they sequenced the miRNAs using the Illumina platform with a single read length of 50 pb
