      <STUDY_ABSTRACT>The aim was to study transcriptional changes on the primary human lymphatic endothelial cells when they have been in contact with a human melanoma cell line Overall design: The data consists of two samples: the control samples consists of parental primary lymphatic endothelial cells and WM852 melanoma cells (1:10 mix). The co-cultured samples consists of LECs which were cultured for two days with melanoma cells before the cell sorting by FACS.</STUDY_ABSTRACT>
