SRP486487 PRJNA1068815 soil+metagenome AOB genes The banana plantation fields are located at the Jinsui ecological garden in Natong town, Nanning City,Guangxi Province. The region is a sub-tropical humid monsoon with a warm climate, abundant sunshine and abundant rainfall. The soil type is red soil. One replicates which was a mixture of 20 random sampling points, each type of soil was collected three replicates. The samples were removed and sifted through a 2mm sieve then was natural air dried preservation. The experiment was conducted in an indoor incubator from 2021 August to September of the 2021.
